3. Capital Formation

  • Investor Syndication
    Frame capital stack, and identify composition of Anchor investors, feeder funds or co-investment vehicles for smaller LPs.
  • Catalytic/Concessionary Capital
    Seek grant-making institutions willing to accept reduced financial returns in exchange for outsized impact leverage
  • Public & Philanthropic Co-Funding
    Research and identify potential Community Development Block Grants or state tax-credit programs, and impact bonds with municipal outcome purchasers.
