Diversified Community Impact was created to promote wealth creation and economic development in historically underserved communities by expanding access to capital and transactional resources for diverse real estate developers and operators facilitating catalytic change in their target markets. The organization currently focuses on operators and projects located in historically underserved areas, with emphasis on projects that create quality housing, employment opportunities, and community amenities.

Each time a sponsor makes a major leap into new or larger transactions, they will face a variety of challenges in obtaining funding. With the technical and advisory support of Diversified Community Impact, sponsors have a partner and advocate that can help them navigate these growth hurdles.

Our organization addresses the wealth and resource gap by focusing on three primary areas including i) providing funding in the form of earnest money deposit loans to help operators close more/larger transactions, ii) offering capacity-building technical assistance to attract outside third-party equity investment capital, and iii) providing outsourced one-on-one deal support including financial analysis, due diligence for small, under-resourced enterprises.
